Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your FitSnitch account and all associated data at any time. Choose the method that works best for you.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open the FitSnitch app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your FitSnitch account:
- To: support@mkdigital.co.il
- Subject: FitSnitch Account Deletion Request
- Body: your registered email, display name, and confirmation you want the account deleted.
We will process your request within 7 days and confirm once complete.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, bio, phone, email)
- All workouts, challenges, meets, streaks, stories, and heat battle history
- Stories, comments, reactions, nudges you have posted
- Friend connections and contacts data
- Health & fitness data we have stored
- Location history
- Device identifiers and push tokens
- Authentication records
What is retained (and why)
- Anonymized crash reports and diagnostic logs — kept up to 90 days for service reliability.
- Records required by law (e.g., fraud, abuse reports) — kept only as long as legally required.
This is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. Backups are purged within 30 days. After that, your data cannot be recovered.
